    The cured 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork Presa (shoulder-cut) is one of Cinco Jotas' great delicacies.

    Handmade in Jabugo, Andalusia, it is a sausage that contains only presa. The piece found at the head of the loin next to the shoulder of 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs reared in the wild in the pastures during the Montanera season. The prey is a noble meat of the highest quality and high muscle infiltration similar to that of Cinco Jotas 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham (jamón).

    Presa Ibérica is one of the most appreciated delicacies and one of the best-hidden secrets of Spanish gastronomy.  An intense and characteristic aroma permeates the moment of tasting it, provoking a pleasant sensation in all the senses. Presa Ibérica is a delicacy with very little fat and a characteristic marbling. Its gradual curing in the centenary Bodegas Cinco Jotas, make this artisan piece a gastronomic jewel on a par with Iberian pork loin or even Iberian ham.

    100% Iberian should-cut pork (Presa), sea salt, paprika, garlic, dextrin, dextrose, sugar, acidity regulator E-331 (iii) (trisodium citrate), colouring E-120 (carminic acid), preservatives E-252 (potassium nitrate) and E-250 (sodium nitrite) and antioxidant E-301 (sodium ascorbate).
